Wise harnessing centrifugal Biology
Allah Almighty says: "It is He
who made the night for you as clothes and sleep for a rest and make the day a
resurrection." (Al-Criterion: 47)
Translation of the above verse
explains that the human body has its own system, known as biological or
biological rhythm cycles. These systems make us sleepy and less energetic
at night and active during the day. It is controlled by hormones. Therefore,
we need to understand how this system works and wise use of it.
Understanding the Biology Round
Physiology
At night, the human body through the
pineal gland, will produce a hormone called melatonin. These hormones
affect the brain called the hypothalamus, and it causes us to sleep. Rates
are at an optimum level of melatonin in the blood at 1.30 am
to 2.00 am during sleep. After
that, the rate declined and it is at its lowest when waking up from sleep at 6.00
am.
During the day, the hormone cortisol
affects us when we are actively doing various activities. These hormones
speed up heart and respiratory function during the day. Hormone cortisol,
also known as stress hormones because they are at their highest when the
individual is under stress. From the biological point of rotation, which
is considered the most productive time is between 8.00 am
to 1.00 pm. Should
we do the main work in our lives at this time. After that, between the
afternoon and early evening, our bodies will become sluggish and weak. The
scientists call this phase as a secondary sleep gate. Thus, sleep for a
while at this time if they have a chance. David F.Dinges and Roger J. Broughton
in their books Sleep and Alertness: Chronobiological, Behavioural and Medical
Aspects of Napping encourage us to sleep in the afternoon. Research shows
that those who routinely slept for 30 minutes in the afternoon with a lower
risk for heart disease than others. In the perspective of religion, taking
a nap in the afternoon called qailulah and it has been done by the Prophet. After
that, we will enter the productive phase of a second between 8.30 pm
to 10.30 pm. Use this time
to read and plan activities before retiring to sleep. Sleep as Worship
Sleep is worship. It should be
preserved and utilized to implement various worship. Hadith, the Prophet
narrated by Imam Bukhari and Muslim have to sleep as a way of emphasizing that
translates as follows:
"When someone you sleepy when
to pray, let him sleep until he knew what he reads."
When sleeping cells in the body through the recovery process in which the human body to release growth hormone that works to improve the damaged cells, thus taking drinks containing caffeine before bedtime can interfere with this process and increase fatigue during the day. long-term storage of information in the brain also occurs during sleep. Those who like to sleep late can interfere with storage of this information. According to Assistant Professor Carla B. Green from the National Science Centre for Biological round, studying until late at night can affect the biological cycles of individuals and affect the functioning of the brain to recall the information that they read. Sleep can improve heart and blood system. According to Dr. Tom Mackay, an expert on respiratory diseases at the National Sleep Centre, Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, Scotland concluded, lack of sleep will cause some chemical changes occur in the body. This increases the individual risk of diabetes, heart disease and stroke. Sleep also strengthen the immune system. Research shows that individuals who sleep 3 to 4 hours per day less than normal rates susceptible to pressure and stress. This will weaken the immune system and makes it susceptible to germs. How many total hours required for optimal sleep at night? Individual sleep needs differ from other individuals. Those who sleep six to seven hours on average each night are healthier and live longer than those who sleep more than 8 hours or less 4 hours. Sunnah of the Prophet and round Biology

Indirectly, the Prophet took into
account the requirements of the biological cycle when he asked his companions to
serve the needs of the body. He personally serve the rights and the need
to nourish themselves physically in preparation for worship. Once upon a
time, some of the companions who do not want to sleep and did not want to get
married. There is also a friend who is determined to fast continuously. Thus
this matter, the Prophet said, "By Allah, I am most afraid of people most
fear Allah and to Him, but I fast and break fast, I pray and sleep, and I also
married. Anyone who does not follow my Sunnah, he is not included in many
among. "Hadith is described by Bukhari and Muslim. Prophet also do
qailulah or terms of scientists today, a secondary sleep gate. This is
because in the afternoon and early evening of the human body became weak and
lethargic. But taking a nap would be able to restore the vitality of our
bodies. Closing
Body can be conveyed as a vehicles always
driven by humans. In order to succeed, people need to maintain vehicles
properly so that it can be climbed in order to achieve our ambitions. Therefore,
make sure we get up early every morning to pray Fajr, preferably in
congregation and if the opportunity to sleep for a while (about 20 minutes) in
the afternoon.
